Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MyRem, you agree to be bound by these
1. Use of Services
MyRem provides location-based reminders and financial tracking tools. You agree to use these services responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
- Location Accuracy: Reminders depend on GPS accuracy and system background capabilities. We do not guarantee 100% precision.
- Financial Tools: Finance tracking is for personal use and information purposes only. MyRem does not provide professional financial advice.
2. User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you create within MyRem, including reminders, reviews, and financial entries.
- Respectful Use: Do not use the application to store or share any illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
- Data Integrity: While we provide backup and export features, you are responsible for maintaining copies of your critical data.
3. Intellectual Property
The MyRem application, including its UI, design, code, and logo, is the property of DIDI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your financial summaries.
- Delayed or missed notifications/reminders due to device behavior or location signal loss.
- Any unauthorized access to your device or data storage.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DIDI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time or for any reason without notice to you.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
